add notes to serpwatcher#180

it would be nice to be able to add notes/annotations in SEPRWatcher when you’ve made edits or if there’s been an event (like an algo update) — that way you can correlate edits/updates to movements.

Hey, we already have this feature! Just click on the selected day in the chart for the ranking and a pop-up window will open where you can add a note.
