Tracking specific URL in SERPWatcher#2

I would like to track only specific URL or URLs with some prefix only, not the whole domain. In another words: to track a specific part of any domain, as I don’t have my domain.

E.g. I want to track my post on Medium.com without own subdomain - https://medium.com/@myprofile/my-article

Another use case would be to track all ma articles on Medium. That means I would like to track all URLs that are starting with “https://medium.com/@myprofile/"

This would definitely be useful to us! Our website has SEVERAL pages that I wish to track individually with their specific keyword lists tied in. A big push on why we got this tool was that we were under the impression that we were able to do this. We will pivot for now but this would be a GREAT improvement.
