I created a free account but have a problem accessing it. So I contact your chat, only to be told that what I should say in the query. Very strange & not helpful.
1) I was told to enquire how to get a commission. (I’m not here for that).
2) I was asked to fill my e-mail but when I do, I’m told how I should write my e-mail. I’ve used this e-mail for 5 years, to be educated on how to write it is both counterproductive & does not address the real reason why I contacted you in the 1st place.
3) There is no space anywhere for me to articulate, what my issues are. I wish people would listen first before they tell you what to do, as that will be based on their issues.
