Dear Mangools team,
I wanted to share some feedback about the account creation process.
To create a free account, I was asked to complete a CAPTCHA by selecting images containing items such as buses. However, I had to complete approximately 12 puzzles before I could continue. This created a significant amount of friction and nearly made me abandon the signup process and try Semrush instead.
It may be worth reviewing this part of the onboarding experience. Offering a direct sign-in option through Google could make the process much faster and more user-friendly. The current combination of email, password, and repeated CAPTCHA puzzles feels outdated and does not create the best first impression of Mangools.
I am sharing this because I believe improving the signup experience could help prevent potential users from dropping out before they have had the opportunity to try the platform.
