Better organization and bulk operation with keyword lists#85

I would really appreciate to sort the keyword lists in a better way. For instance, if you have multiple keyword lists for one topic cluster it would be great to organize them in folders.

I agree. We should be able to organize keywords similarly to how they do in Google Keyword Planner.
